2. Pricing & VAT

• All prices are listed in GBP (£).
• PRGOLF ONLINE is not VAT registered
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

3. Pre-Owned Equipment Terms

PRGOLF ONLINE sells second-hand and refurbished golf equipment.

By purchasing pre-owned items, you acknowledge:

• Items may show cosmetic wear.
• Condition grading is subjective.
• Specifications may have been altered by previous owners.
• Manufacturer warranties may not apply.

Pre-Owned Warranty

We provide a 30-day mechanical warranty covering structural faults only.

Cosmetic wear is not covered.

4. Custom-Fitted Clubs

Custom-built clubs:

• Are made to customer specifications
• Cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Are non-returnable unless faulty

Customers are responsible for confirming all specifications before purchase.

5. Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

• You have 14 days from delivery to cancel.
• You then have 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving goods.

Non-returnable:

• Custom clubs
• Personalised items
• Used balls
• Opened sealed items

6. Trade-In / Part Exchange

We offer trade-in subject to inspection.

• Final value confirmed after physical inspection
• Counterfeit items rejected
• Shipping costs are customer responsibility unless agreed

7. Dropshipping

Some items may ship directly from suppliers.

• Packaging may vary
• Delivery times may differ
• Contract remains with PRGOLF ONLINE

8. Klarna / Clearpay

If you choose finance options:

• You enter a separate agreement with the provider
• Late payments may incur fees
• PRGOLF ONLINE is not responsible for finance decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Liability is limited to the purchase price
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
